In an effort to streamline enrollment processing, the Employer Services Division is completely reengineering the Member Enrollment process in early 2007. This change will result in greater operational efficiency, better quality and enhanced turn around times in servicing your requests. Although changes will be transparent to you, we need your help as we begin preparations. Please refer to the following reminders below to help us prepare for the reengineering initiative as well as expedite processing during upcoming Open Enrollment. As always, if you have any questions, your Coventry Healthcare of Delaware contact will be able to assist!

Reminders:
Please work with your Health Plan contact to ensure that…
  • Group numbers are accurate, complete and indicated clearly on all enrollment forms.
  • The requested action is checked clearly on all enrollment forms.
  • All enrollment forms are signed.
  • Hire dates are clearly indicated for new enrollees.
  • Changes are submitted on enrollment forms, not other formats (ex. emails, supplemental documents, etc.)
Overall, please assist Employer Services expedite processing by submitting complete and accurate forms.
